Hi, I’m Julia

Advanced Nurse Practitioner, prescriber, aesthetic injector and the face behind Flawless Medical Cosmetics.

For me, aesthetics has never been about changing the way you look. It's about helping you feel confident in the skin you're already in. That could be with a subtle enhancement, improving your skin health or simply giving you back a little of your glow. And after more than a decade of treating patients, I still absolutely love what I do.

My nursing background has always shaped the way I approach aesthetics. I started my nurses' training back in 1989 and worked in many different areas of healthcare, including ICU. I worked my way up to being a nurse practitioner at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, which led me to acquiring a master's in prescribing. My medical experience means that patient safety, honest advice and doing what's genuinely right for you will always come before the treatment itself.

I've invested extensively in advanced aesthetic training over the years and continue to learn, attend industry conferences and keep up with developments in aesthetic medicine and skin rejuvenation.

In this industry, I don't think you ever stop learning, and that’s exactly the way it should be. Health and aesthetics go hand in hand, and they’re constantly evolving. Being a part of BAMAN (British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses) assures both patients and me that I am adhering to modern aesthetics and part of a medical association.

I love natural-looking results. The kind where someone tells you that you look amazing but can't quite put their finger on what's changed. Every face is different, and every person's idea of feeling their best is different too. That's why I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to aesthetics.

I'll listen to what's on your mind, understand what you'd love to achieve and give you my professional opinion on what I think will and sometimes won't benefit you. There’s zero pressure, no judgement and definitely no treatment for treatment's sake.

I'm a fully insured and highly trained aesthetic nurse, advanced nurse practitioner and qualified prescriber with extensive experience in non-surgical aesthetics and patient care.

I regularly attend professional training, conferences and regional meetings to keep my knowledge and techniques current so I can continue offering my patients safe, considered and natural-looking treatment options.
